Each variable analytics chart provides unique information that can help identify the underlying cause of your disputes. This insight can help you solve issues at their source.
The Marketing Source chart maps prevention efforts to the unique marketing source that generated the original transaction.
This insight helps you determine if a marketing source or advertising campaign is triggering more disputes than profits. You can balance conversion rates with dispute rates and identify low-quality customers that do more harm than good.
Various features allow you to analyze this chart’s data in greater detail.
Hover over any bar in the graph. A popup box will display:

the marketing source being monitored

the number of prevention cases associated with that marketing source
You can view charts for each of your different prevention services (Ethoca alerts, Verifi alerts, Order Insight, and Consumer Clarity).

Click on each service option, and the charts will update.
The data displayed in your charts is limited to activity that took place during the time you specified in the Date Range Selector. If you update the date range, the data will adjust.
The default time frame for the Date Range Selector is This Month (month-to-date activity). If you’d like to analyze data during a different time frame, click the date in the upper right corner of any page. This user guide explains how to customize your date ranges.
There is a Marketing Source chart for chargeback data. It shows the marketing sources or ad campaigns that have the highest chargeback-to-transaction ratios.

Expand the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

Click on the Analytics page.
