Dispute response outcomes are listed in the "Completed" tab of the DisputeFlow page. Once your dispute case has been decided, chargeback portal will automatically update the dispute case and move the record to completed.
Here is how to find your results.
1. Navigate to the DisputeFlow page on the main sidebar.
2. Click on the "Completed" tab to view dispute cases with posted results.
3. Use the date range selector, search capabilities, and filtering options to locate a specific dispute case. View the result column in the table to find the result.
4. You can export all of your results or a portion using any of the applied filters. Simply click the "Excel or CSV" buttons in the table.
From here, click the Edit option in the Custom Fields section.
Add the details associated with the dispute case, and click Save Changes.
And that’s it! The custom field values are now connected to the associated dispute case.
You can create reports based on the data stored in your custom fields, detect trends over time, and optimize your strategies to achieve better results.
