Your dispute report is the first page you’ll see when you enter DisputeFlow. It contains all the available data that DisputeFlow has received for each individual dispute.
The data in this report can help you do several different things:

You can use this data to locate the original transaction in your CRM or order management system.

You can also use it to determine if you want to fight the dispute and what the best strategy would be to win.

You can monitor outcomes, note recovered revenue, and calculate ROI.
The table is broken down into several different sections or tabs.
These tabs are designed to make it easy to monitor your disputes as they progress through different sages.

The New tab lists the disputes you’ve received and need to process.

The Pending tab lists the disputes you’ve fought and are awaiting outcomes.

The Completed tab lists the disputes that have a final outcome (did not fight, won, lost, or pre-arbitration).

The All tab lists every dispute you’ve received via DisputeFlow during the selected date range.
The New tab will be displayed when you arrive at the report. From here, you can process each dispute individually — you can create a response with the DisputeFlow builder, you can upload a response package that you’ve already created, or you can note that you do not plan to fight the dispute.
In the actions column, click the menu button beside the dispute. Selecting an action from the dropdown list will take you to the next stage of the dispute response process.
Now, let’s look at a couple of the table's special features.
Date plays an important role for two of the table tabs — All and Completed.
The data displayed on these tabs is limited to the selected date range. The default is to show month-to-date data.
You can customize the dates by selecting an option from the dropdown list or setting your own range.
You can also edit which variable the date range is based on.
You can customize the view on all the table tabs by sorting the columns. Click the arrows by the column headings to sort in ascending or descending order.
You can also filter the data using the search tool. For example, you can view only the won disputes or all disputes received on a certain MID.
You have the option to export data from the reporting table. Make sure you have selected the appropriate date range and tab. Update the number of visible records per page. Then click either the Excel or CSV export button.
